Walter Brice Savage

Major (Retired) Walter Brice Savage, 74, husband of Mrs. Sandra B. Savage passed away Thursday May 1 2025 at Prisma Health in Richland. Mr. Savage was born November 23 1950 a son of the late Jack and Christie Ferguson Savage. Surviving in addition to his wife are one daughter Stephanie Savage Hemingway (Orin), one son Brice Savage (LaToya), one sister Christie Savage, one brother Truman Savage (Sherry), three grandchildren Sanai Savage, Ella Hemingway, and Brice Savage II. He was predeceased by a grandchild Jaela Hemingway. Funeral services will be held Thursday May 8 2025 at 2pm at New Hope AME Zion Church. His body will be placed in the Church at 12noon Thursday to await the hour of service. The family are at their respective homes. Lewis Funeral Home and Crematory has charge of the arrangements.
