Travis Lee Anderson

Travis Lee Anderson, 53 of 655 Philippi Church Road passed away at his home January 1 2026. Travis was born March 8 1972 to loving parents, Leslie Seaton Anderson and Nancy Vaughan Anderson. Travis was a 1990 graduate of Union High School and a 1994 graduate of Winthrop University with a degree in Business Management and a member of Philippi Baptist Church. Travis spent his career working at the Department of Social Services and was presently employed by Global Supply. Travis enjoyed the Lords creation by hunting and fishing and spending time with his beloved border collie Chip. He was a avid University of Kentucky fan. Surviving in addition to his parents are a sister Jane Anderson Petty, a niece Morgan Anderson Petty and fiancee Wesley Honam Hamilton. Travis also leaves behind a special friend Tina Frost. Travis was predeceased by maternal grandparents Howard Franklin Vaughan and Grace Cudd Vaughan and paternal grandparents Leslie Jones Anderson and Mary Biggs Anderson. Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 7 2026 at 2pm at Philippi Baptist Church with Pastor Robert Scott officiating. The family will receive friend from 1-2pm at the church prior to the service. Active pallbearers include Mark Gregory, Bob Sprouse, Jackie Earls, Kevin Tate, Curt Owens, Mark Osborne, and Troy Vaughan .A private family burial will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Philippi Baptist Church. The family is at the home of his parents , 649 Philippi Church Road Union SC.
