Terry Lee Moore

Mr. Terry Lee Moore 59 of 709 Rice Avenue Ext. died Sunday December 31 2023. Mr. Moore was born June 1 1964 a son of the late John Frank and Marjorie Mullins Moore. Survivors include one son Dustin Lee Moore (Blayke), two daughters Tiffany Leann Greene (Brooke Floyd), Misty Lane Patrick and wife Alley, one brother Trent Moore, five grandchildren Damion Chadwick (Jada), Kinsley Lawson (Logan), Dylan Chadwick, Emily Greene, Addison Moore, and two great grandchildren Ella Chadwick and Embry Lawson. He was predeceased by a sister Tammy Haney. Memorial services will be held at Bethel United Methodist Church at 3pm Saturday January 6, 2024. Lewis Funeral Home and crematory has charge of the arrangements.
