Shirley Mae (Young) Farr

Ms. Shirley Mae Young Farr, 78 of 1938 Whitmire Highway Union passed away Thursday November 13 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. Ms. Farr was born December 3 1946 a daughter of the late Billy and Margaree Young. Survivors include two sons Leroy Farr Jr. (Stacy M. Farr), Chris Farr, three daughters Veronica Farr-Holmes (Scott), Ursula Farr-Jeter (Kenneth), Cherise Farr, one Brother Melvin Young (Shirley), three sisters Agnes Glenn, Yvonne Fleming (Derrick), Kathy Diane Peake (Robert). She was predeceased by a brother William Young. Funeral services will be held Saturday November 22 2025 at 2pm at Saint Luke Baptist Church in Lukesville. Public viewing will be held Friday from 12noon-5pm at the funeral home. The family is at the home. Lewis Funeral Home and Crematory has charge of the arrangements.
