Sara Frances Knox Milbrodt

Mrs. Sara Frances Knox Milbrodt, 75, of 3119 Sally Circle, Florence SC, formerly of Union, died Monday October 4 2021 at Mcleod Medical Center in Florence. Mrs. Milbrodt was born January 12 1946 a daughter of the late Henry and Jeanette Green Lankford. Survivors include one son Rodney Knox of Florence, one daughter Kristie Knox Weatherly (Jason) of Greenville, a brother Charles Barnwell (Lynn), a sister Patricia Barnwell, and four grandchildren Blaine Weatherly, Ethan Weatherly, Gavin Weatherly and Dustin Hopkins. Graveside services will be held Saturday October 9 2021 at 11am at Union Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service. Lewis Funeral Home and Crematory has charge of the arrangements.
