Robert Edwards

Mr. Robert Edwards, husband of Josephine Edwards of 3424 Janie Goree Blvd. Carlisle SC died Tuesday January 12th 2021 at his home. Mr. Edwards was born April 5th 1940 a son of the late Orlage and Rosa Lee McConnell Edwards. Mr. Edwards was of the Baptist Faith. Surviving in addition to his wife are three sons Robert L. Edwards Jr. of Florida, Darien McFee (Crystal of Florida, David Jones (Quanisha) of Georgia, a God Daughter Symone Price of Florida, three brothers Clyde Edwards, Charles Edwards (Hattie), Rev. Johnnie Edwards (Clista). He was predeceased by a son Maurice Edwards, and siblings  Marquis Edwards, Leo Edwards, Connell Johnson, Ollie McConnell, Willis Ray Edwards, Leroy Edwards, Sr, Richard Edwards, and Lonnie Edwards. Graveside services will be held Saturday January 16th 2021 at 2pm at Edwards Family Cemetery. Lewis Funeral Home and Crematory has charge of the arrangements.
