Rita Edenfield

Mrs. Rita S “Edenfield” “maw maw”, age 62 of Union, fomally of Monarch hwy passed peacefully Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Union Medical Center. She was born in Brevard North Carolina on April 17, 1958. A daughter of the late Reba Chupp and Albert Pruitt. Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Larry Edenfield, and a daughter Misty Edenfield and 10 grand children and 2 great grandsons, all of Union. She is predeceased by a sister Carla Amstrong and a brother Dean Amstrong and a stepfather William Chupp Sr. Mrs. Edenfield was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to all she knew. Pallbearers are Bradley Pruitt, Jason Pruitt, Seth Edenfield, Tristen Edenfield, Donnie Sumner, Danny Phillips, and James Armstrong. Graveside service will be held Monday June 15th 2020 at 1:30 pm at Rosemont Cemetery with Pastors Robert Scott And Brian Redding officiating. The family will recieve friends Monday from 12 noon til 1 at the funeral home.
