Offie Lindsey Obituary
Mr. Offie Lindsey,92, husband of Mrs. Leila Whitlock Lindsey of 147 Hamm Street Union died Sunday September 24 2023 at his home. Mr. Lindsey was born July 6 1931 a son of the late James Willard and Florence Seahorne Lindsey. Mr. Lindsey was retired from the US Airforce was a Mason, a member of the American Legion and had retired from Ace Hardware and Union County Disabilities and Special Needs Board. Surviving in addition to his wife are one Daughter Lauri Lindsey English (Eric), one brother James L. Lindsey, and one sisters Letha L. Morgan. He was predeceased by a sister Grace L. Gudka. Memorial services will be held Friday September 29 2023 at 2pm at Lakeside Baptist Church with Pastor Scott Cobb officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-2 pm prior to the service. The family is at the home.
