Obediah Talley

Mr. Obediah Talley, husband of Mrs. Bridgett Smith Talley, of 120 Bailey Road, Buffalo SC died Friday April 12th 2019 at Union Medical Center. Mr. Talley was born a son of the late Saul Talley Sr. and Mandiane Worthy Talley. Surviving in addition to his wife are five sons Gary Hardy, Bryant Talley, Obediah Talley Jr., David Smith all of union, Tyrone Wilkes of Connecticut, five daughters Barbara Gilliam (Chris), Katrina Talley, Mandy Smith, Stasha Talley all of Union, Vena Wilkes of Connecticut, three brothers Allen Talley of Greenville, Saul Talley Jr. of Spartanburg, Terry Talley (Louise) of Chesnee, four sisters Lepthiah Brannon (Cleve) Veronica Clark (Troy) all of Jonesville, Geneva Worthy, Elizabeth Pendergraph (Roy) all of Spartanburg, eighteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be held Wednesday April 17th 2019 at Bethel Baptist Church in Kelton at 1pm with Pastor James Tillotson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing will be held Tuesday from 12 noon-7pm at Lewis Funeral Home. The family is at the home.
