Myra Lawson Keith

Ms. Myra Lawson Keith, 73, of 198 Haney Road Buffalo SC passed away Saturday April 20 2024 at her home. Ms. Keith was born in Union July 8 1950 a daughter of the late John George and Omahlee Calicutt Lawson. She spent decades substituting in the Union County School System which enabled her to witness and minister to students when the opportunity arose. She was a strong Christian woman whos faith was unwavering. She is survived by one son David Shane Keith, one daughter Maria Keith Giamarino and husband James, one granddaughter Yasmine Thomas, and one great granddaughter Talyiah Ellison (who became the latest edition to capture her heart), one brother Leonard Dean Lawson and wife Gina, and two nieces Chrissy Wilkins (Craig), Emmy Lou Carpender (Jason). She was predeceased by a brother Raymond Wade "Bud" Lawson DVM, a sister Sharon Sue Mckinney. Graveside services will be held Tuesday April 23 2024 at 3pm at Putman Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Carol Caldwell officiating. The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service. The family is at the home Lewis Funeral Home and Crematory has charge of the arrangements.
