Mattie Lee Vanderford

Mrs. Mattie Lee Vanderford, 84, formerly of 123 City View Circle Union died Wednesday July 6 2022 at Heartland of Union. Mrs. Vanderford was born October 23 1937 a daughter of the late Boozer and Julia Roberts Stoudimire. Mrs. Vanderford had worked as a LPN for Wallace Thomson Hospital for 50 years, was a member of the DOES and the NFLPN and was a member of Carlisle Baptist Church. Survivors include one daughter Julie Renee Kirby, one son Christopher Scott Vanderford, one sister Joann Reid and four grandchildren. She was predeceased by one sisters Jean Yount. Memorial services will be held at a later date. The family is at the home.
