Margaret Jones

Margaret Elizabeth jones, 73 of Union passed away Sunday July 23 2023 at Promedica Heartland of Union. Mrs. Jones was born February 15 1950 a daughter of the late Everette Sr. and Margaret Sigmon Jones. She was of the Baptist Faith and attended Union County Schools and retired as a cosmetoligist. Surviving are two brothers Kenneth D. Jones Sr. (Sheila) of Union, Stephen R. Jones (Linda) of Alabama, four nephews Ken Jones Jr., Jonathan Jones, Terry Cody Jr. (Angela), Dave R. Jones, one niece Melissa Jones Bullard (Chris), a great nephew Michael Dalton Jones (Fiancee Chelsea), step great nephew Jonathan Wages (fiancee Alli and son Hudson), great nieces Kelsey Jones, Kristen Jones (Zach), Sophia Jones, step great niece Jaryn Wages. She was predeceased by a brother Everette Jones Jr. The family would like to thank all the staff at heartland for all the care that was given her by everyone. Also thanks to the Promedica hospice nurses and chaplain. And a special thanks to Reverend Scott Cobb of Lakeside Baptist Church. Memorial services will be held Sunday July 30 2023 at 2:30 at Lakeside Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the church following the service.
