Linda Joyce (Childers) Epting

Mrs. Linda Joyce Childers Epting, 88,  affectionately known as Mama Joyce, of 563 Hully Bridge Road Buffalo SC died Monday August 22 2022 at her home. Mrs. Epting was born July 14 1934 a daughter of the late George and Sallie Lominac Childers. Survivors include three sons Kenny Epting and wife Tonya of the home, Kevin Epting, Robin Epting, one sister Gladys Childers Johnson of Aiken SC,, eight grandchildren Kamryn Akins a special grandchild of the home who affectionately cared for Mama Joyce daily, Brandon Epting (Hannah), Kendra Nobles (Austin), Kim Akins, Sandra Akins, Laurie Johnson, Jonathan Epting, Robin Epting Jr., seventeen great grandchildren and one on the way, and five great great grandchildren, and one on the way. She was predeceased by a daughter Vicky Dianne Willard,  two grandchildren  Aaron Epting, and Michael Epting. A visitation will be held Thursday August 25 2022 at New Life Baptist Church 502 Meansville Road Union SC from 5-7 pm. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
