Mr. Joel Thomas Mills, 78, husband of Mrs. Rachel Bradley Mills of 117 Bryson Drive, Boiling springs SC, died Wednesday October 12 2022 at his home. Mr. Mills was born April 9 1944 a son of the late James Ladus and Minnie Philmon Mills. Mr. Mills was a Veteran having served in the United States Army. Surviving in addition to his wife are a son Tommy Mills and wife Jennifer of Arizona, and a daughter Angie Mills of Spartanburg. He was predeceased by a daughter Patricia Mills. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
