Mr. Jeffrey Paul Lewis, 45, husband of Mrs. Angela Renee Blackwell Lewis of 204 S. Third Street Lockhart SC passed away Tuesday May 19 2026 at Union Medical Center. Mr. Lewis was born February 3 1981 a son of Billy Alvin Lewis and Paula Elaine Campbell Lewis. Surviving in addition to his wife are one son Billy Alvin Lewis. He was predeceased by a son William David Paul Lewis. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
