Mr. James A. Whitlock, 65 of 704 Rice Avenue passed away Tuesday July 2 2024 at Heartland Health Care Center in Union. Mr. Whitlock was born November 30 1958 a son of the late Robert Eugene Whitlock and Edna A. Ballew Santiago. Services will be announced at a later date.
