James Tucker

Mr. James Tucker, 76, husband of Mrs. Dorothy Tucker of 581 Labaw Road Carlisle passed away Thursday September 5 2024 at his home. Mr. Tucker was born June 1 1948 a son of the late Henry and LeeEthel Hodges Tucker. Surviving in addition to his wife of 51 years are three sons Brad Tucker, Chad Tucker, Pastor Allan Michael Browning (Jennifer), three sisters Ethel Byrd (Leon), Judith Tucker, Marilyn Tucker, three brothers John Henry Tucker (Pauline), Petties Tucker, Albert Tucker, one granddaughter Keyshaunna Tucker, two great grandchildren Kameron and Kyzer Smith, and a special aunt Elizabeth Gilliam and special niece Le'Adra Byrd. Memorial services will be held Wednesday September 11 2024 at 1pm at Greater Union Church. The family is at the home. Lewis Funeral Home and Crematory has charge of the arrangements.
