Mr. Rodgers was predeceased by his parents James William Rodgers Sr. and Lila Smith Rodgers. Survivors include one son Jon Napper (Aderricka), two brothers William Rodgers, Thomas Rodgers and a sister Gwendolyn Rodgers. Services will be held Saturday May 31 2025 at 2pm at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel..
