Mr. Harold Richard Webber, 71, of 413 North 1st Street Lockhart died Tuesday January 24 2023 at his home.Mr. Webber was born September 14 1951 a son of the late Grady L and Lowrine Willard Webber. He was a member of Lockhart Methodist Church. Survivors include one son Rodney Johnson of Marion Illinois, a daughter Angie Webber Carlson of Cary Illinois and a sister Sandra Webber of Salem Virginia. Services will be held at a later date.
