Francis "Dud" Dudley McGowan

Mr. Francis "Dud" Dudley McGowan,65,of 1418 Peach Orchard Road, went home to be with the Lord Friday October 8 2021 at his home. Mr. McGowan was born August 19 1956, son of Mr. Francis McGowan Sr. and Joan Wood Parker.  Mr. McGowan attended The Full Gospel Tabernacle of God. Survivors include his partner Sherrie Coats, 2 brothers Michael McGowan and Jason McGowan, one sister Rhonda Gregory, an uncle Ray Wood , a step son Cecil Coats Jr.,  and four step daughters Renea Lynn Johnson, Crystal Mack, Nikkie Joyner, Nicole Brannon,  sixteen grandchildren, and 4 fur babies.  He was predeceased by 2 sisters Janet Northern and Peggy Wallace, a niece and a nephew. Funeral services will Tuesday October 12 2021 at 5pm at Lewis Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ricky Cook officiating along side Preacher Scott Cobb The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
