Donna (Barber) Kitchens

Mrs. Donna Barber Kitchens, 87, of 103 Hart Street Union S.C. widow of Mr. Michael D. Kitchens passed away Monday April 6 2026 at Upstate Hospice House in Landrum. Mrs. Kitchens was born September 21 1938 a daughter of the late Benjamin Walter and Effie Lee Charles Barber. Survivors include one son David Kitchens and wife Stephanie, five grandchildren Margaret Roberts, Laura Crisp, Michael Kitchens, Lee Kitchens, Anna Harris, six great grandchildren Jewel, Logyn, Tatum, Lilah, Beckham, Lakelyn, one brother David "Skeeter" Barber, and one sister Debrah "Cooter" Beck. She was predeceased by a son Mark Kitchens, a grand daughter Erica Kitchens,  two brothers Bruce "Bo" Barber, Charles "Butch" Barber, and five sisters Trudy Billings, Linda "Dumpy" Ward, Ann Gray Hulon, Peggy Davis, and Sylvia "Snookie" Lawson. Services will be held at a later date. In lieu flowers memorials should be made to Hospice of the Carolinas Foothills; 260 Fairwinds Boulevard Landrum SC 29356. Lewis funeral Home and Crematory has charge of the arrangements.
