Mr. Don "Scotty" Hines, 62, of 709 Rice Avenue, died Thursday December 31st 2020 at Heartland Health Care. Mr. Hines was born November 10th 1958 a son of Mr. Don H. Hines (Flo) of Union and the late Ramoth Austin O'Shields. Mr. Hines was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Surviving in addition to his father and Step Mother are a brother Alan A..Hines, three sisters Donise Hines Eubanks, Christy O'Shields Griffin, and Laura O'Shields Crisp. He was predeceased by a sister Janet Lynn Hines. Memorial services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers thew family request donations be made to the South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind, 355 Cedar Springs Road, Spartanburg SC 29302.
