Della Mae Robinette

Mrs. Della Mae Robinette, 88, widow of Mr. James R. Robinette passed away Wednesday July 16 2025 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Mrs. Robinette was born April 11 1937 a daughter of the late Davie Gaston Bledsoe and Virgie Rhoton Bledsoe. Mrs. Robinette attended Lockhart Free Will Baptist Church. She loved to Crochet, Cross Stitch, Needle Point and Sew. She was also an avid Birdwatcher. Survivors include three daughters Shirley Willard, Sandra Whitt, Lillian Hull, one brother Clifford Bledsoe, three sisters Ruby Edmonds, Barbara Knox, Kathy English, eight grandchildren Jimmy Willard (Courtney), Melinda Hullett (Don), Heather Hangen (Nathan), Amanda Grady (Shane), Stephanie Estes (Matt), JB Powers (Lindsay),James Powers (Nikki), Brittany Bramlett (Nathan), twenty seven great grandchildren Makayla Hawes (Zach), Tyler Willard, Zachary Willard, Nathan Willard, Peyton Grady, Myra Bishop, DJ Hullett, Alana Hullett, Sam Hullett,  Matt Hullett, Nick Hullett (Kristie), Coleson Powers, Addyson Powers, Jaxson Powers, Brayden Powers, Mckenzie McFadden, Lilly McCraw, Natalie Bramlett, Stella Bramlett, John Bramlett, Gavin Estes, Hailey Estes, Caden Estes, Ethan Estes, Gabriel Hangen, Annica Hangen, Noah Hangen, two great great grandchildren Beau Hawes, Jaxson Willard and two special sisters-in-law Gail Bledsoe and Jackie Robinette. She was predeceased by three brothers Glenn, Davie, and Jerry Bledsoe and two sisters Allie Collins and Jean Burgess. Funeral services will be held Sunday July 20 2025 at 3pm at Lockhart Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Sam Baine officiating. The family will receive friends from 2-3pm at the church prior to the service. Visitation will also be held at Robinette Funeral Home(Blackwater location) in Virginia Monday July 28 2025 at 11am. Interment will follow at the Rebecca Robinette Cemetery at Locust Grove Church. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the Church, Lockhart Free Will Baptist Church, 126 Askew Circle Union SC 29379. The family are at their respective homes. Lewis Funeral Home and Crematory has charge of the services.
