Debra Gail (Carter) Rhinehart

Mrs. Debra Gail Carter Rhinehart, 64, wife of Mr. Floyd J. Rhinehart of 235 Euphra Drive Gaffney passed away Monday May 11 2026 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Mrs. Rhinehart was born January 24 1962 a daughter of the late Albert and Shirley Gayle Carter. Surviving in addition to her husband are one daughter Chere Bradley and husband Blake of Augusta Ga., and she was Gammy to two grandchildren Lilliann Bradley and Carter Bradley. She was also survived by many other nieces, nephews, family and friends. She was predeceased by her first husband Michael Bevis, and two brothers David Carter and Doug Carter. A Celebration of Life service will be held June 20 2026 from 2-5pm at the Gaffney VFW. Lewis Funeral Home and Crematory has charge of the arrangements.
