Danny Cleveland Ford

Mr. Danny Cleveland Ford, 80, of 127 Toney Road, widower of Mrs. Cornelia Roark Ford died Sunday morning August 20 2023 at his home. Mr. Ford was born April 16 1943 a son of the late Viola Jones and Julius Cleveland "J.C." Ford. Mr. Ford had served in the SC National Guard, was a Mason having served as a Master of the Jonesville Lodge, and was a member of Bethlehem Methodist Church. Danny loved music and playing his guitar and loved his family and animals. Survivors include two sons Cleve Ford (Amy), Joseph Edwards, a step son Joey Edwards, three daughters Cindy Ford Sanders (Mike), Karen Ford Trantham, Kelly Ford Morris (Robert), a step daughter Angie Cooper, one brother Jerry Ford (Patra), Special friends Sue Millwood and Gerri Roark (sister-in-law), and a host of grandchildren great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He was predeceased by three sisters Joann Norwood, Sandra West, Dale Lipsey and a son-in-law Mike Trantham. Funeral services will be held Thursday August 24 2023 at 11am at Bethlehem  Methodist Church officiated by Pastors Lee Coyle and Chad Ponder. Burial will follow at the church cemetery with Masonic Rites. Pallbearers include Lance Trantham, Nick Vaughan, Chris West, Zach Smith, Jadon Hyatt, Andy Joyner. Honorary pallbearers include Craig Price, Danny Groves, David Millwood, Melvin Stone, George and Ginger Sprouse. The family is at the home of his son Cleve Ford, 125 Fleming Hill Drive, Jonesville SC 29353. Lewis Funeral Home and Crematory has charge of the arrangements.
