Christie Harris Knight

Ms. Christie Harris Knight, age 49, formally of Union, SC passed away Friday, July 16, 2021 at her home in N. Myrtle Beach. Ms. Knight was born July 27, 1971 in Union, a daughter of Eddie and Joy Harris and Bruce and Vicki Morgan. She was a 1989 graduate of Union High School. She attended Francis Marion College and USC Union.

Surviving, in addition to her parents, are three sons Tate Knox and wife Mallerie of Union, Jase Knight and fiancé Briana of Prosperity and Dayton Knight of Ft. Stewart, Georgia and one daughter Kadianne Knight of Prosperity; four brothers James Harris and wife Andrea, Denver Harris and wife Shannon, Jamie Morgan and wife Andrea all of Union and Casey Morgan and wife Aida of Moore. Ms.Knight was “Gamma” to three grandchildren Kylie and Wesley Knox of Union and John William Knight of Prosperity and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at Lewis Funeral Home conducted by Pastor Brad Goodale.

Visitation will be held Monday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Lewis Funeral Home.

The family is at the home of her mother, 125 Wingfield Drive, Union, SC 29379.
