Billy Palmer

Mr. Billy Palmer, 85, husband of Mrs. Martha Holcombe Palmer died Thursday May 28th 2020 at Spartanburg Hospice Home. Mr. Palmer was born June 23rd 1934 a son of the late Arthur Sullivan and Ruby Vaughan Palmer. Mr. Palmer was a member of Padgetts Creek Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his wife are four sons Sydney Palmer (Jerrie Anne), Billy Palmer (Kathy), Jerry Palmer (Ann), Cayden Shetley, a daughter Kinsley Palmer, three brothers Ronnie Palmer (Brenda), Donald Palmer , Carl Palmer (Cathy), a sister Mary Beasley, four grandchildren and a number of great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son Darren Palmer and two brothers Harold Palmer and Stanley "Mike" Palmer. Graveside services will be held Monday June 1st 2020 at 2pm at Lower Fairforest Church Cemetery with Pastor Carol Caldwell officiating. The family is at the home. Lewis Funeral Home and Crematory has charge of the arrangements.
