Albert Lee Carter

Albert Lee Carter, 81, Son of Marvin & Bedelia Carter, Jonesville, SC passed away May 25th 2019. He was born in 1937 and was a 1955 Graduate of Jonesville High School.

Albert was an avid Golfer and enjoyed designing “CenterCup” custom-made golf clubs.
He was the Retired Owner of A&M Import Auto Parts of Thomson Blvd, Union and was formally employed as a Foreman at Torrington. He served his country and was honorably discharged from the S.C. National Guard and the U.S. Army Reserve.

Mr. Carter is survived by his children, LaRhonda Carter Mazereeuw & husband, Pieter of British Columbia, Canada; Melinda Carter of Union; and Vance & Maria Carter of Spartanburg. He has 7 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren and his first Great-Great Granddaughter was born May 19, 2019 which made him the Patriarch of 5 generations.

Albert is pre-deceased by his wife, Mary Jo Burgess Carter as well as a brother, Kenneth Carter and Great-Grandson C.J. Escalante.

The family would like to thank the Staff of Spartanburg Regional Hospice for helping turn a difficult time into a beautiful memory.
