James C. Kershaw Sr.

Mr. James Kershaw,85, of 523 McLure Street, Union SC, widower of Mrs. Cora Jean Wright Kershaw, died Tuesday August 28th 2018 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Mr. Kershaw was born August 19th 1933 a son of the late Lester and Vera Beaty  Kershaw. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. Surviving are two sons James C. Kershaw Jr., Immanuel Kershaw (Melissa), all of Union, four daughters Bessie Davis (Samuel) of Chester, Cora Rice (Lonnell) Angela Kelley (Willie) Sherry Foster (Larry) all of Union, four adopted children Larry Rodgers (Evangeline), James Rodgers (Betty), Vera Ruth (James), Judy Jones (Jerry) all of Union, and one sister Vera Olive (Mac) of Augusta. Funeral services will be held Sunday September 2nd 2018 at 2pm at Lewis Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel. The family is at the home, 150 Shady hill Drive Union SC.
