Mr. Billie Louis Mills, 76, of 1045 Berry Farm Road, Union S.C. died Tuesday October 9th 2018 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Mr. Mills was born November 30th 1942 a son of the late Benjamin F. and Dorothy Setzler Mills. He was a 1963 graduate of Sims High School. Survivors include one sister Bennie Mae Keenan of the home. Funeral services will be held Sunday October 14th 2018 at 3pm a Lewis Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Carlisle Christian Fellowship Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home. Lewis Funeral Home and Crematory has charge of the arrangements. lewisfuneralhomeofunion.com.
